The Root Physical Cause Of All Disease
The saga of the dying laptop
One buys a new laptop and at the start it works great. No problems. Nice and fast. Reliable and consistent.
After a couple of years, or maybe 3 or 4, the laptop starts to have problems. It has random glitches. Software doesn't always work right. Re-installing the software doesn't help. It can't connect to a printer or the internet. It runs slower and slower.
You take it to a computer professional who can't find any one thing that is wrong that they can fix. The laptop just seems to be getting old. After a while, you just get rid of it and buy a new laptop and you're back in business.
Why did the poor laptop die?
Laptops are a very complex machine stuffed into a very small package. It has a keyboard, a mouse pad, a screen, some storage and over 3 billion transistors (billion with a "b") in the main processor chip alone, all connected by many billions of tiny copper wires, some only as wide as 70 atoms (that's really small.) These wires carry all the power to run the laptop, as well as all the information and signals that run back and forth between all the parts to make them work.
When a laptop is running, it's often pretty hot inside. It also has moisture and dust, gets bumped around and maybe even dropped. Over time, many of those copper wires may get corroded, broken or shorted out. They can't carry electricity like they used to. Some will stop working, then start working again, then stop working once more. Some will fail altogether. So, you get the glitchy, problem filled, slow laptop. We have a failure to communicate.
It's not practical to fix the bad wires. Too small and packed together. And besides, which of the billions of connections are the bad ones? So, time for a new laptop!
As they age, people begin to feel like one of those old laptops.
As they age, even if people are not experiencing major, acute health issues, they often experience a gradual increase in minor health issues. These may not be bad enough to warrant a visit to the doctor or, if they do, often a traditional doctor may not be able to pinpoint a cause for them, particularly if they appear in a variety of symptoms and these symptoms appear and disappear on a regular basis.
These physical changes can lead to a general sense of malaise and fear that they are just "getting old" and "their best days are behind them", attitudes that have been proven to worsen their overall health through their moods, negative thinking and unwillingness to bother with making better lifestyle and diet changes.
The body has a similar situation as the laptop.
Throughout the body are thousands of types of molecules called enzymes. These are little catalysts that are programmed to make pretty much everything happen. Creating energy, moving things around, transforming food into muscles and bones, allowing the brain to be awake and think, and on and on.
For these enzymes to work, each includes a bit of metal (a mineral) that can conduct electricity that enables the activities of the enzyme. The electrons in the electricity in this metal energize the activity and transmit the intelligent instructions it needs to be successful. Without this bit of metal, the enzyme cannot do its job.
For example, one of the most important enzymes in the body is found in the mitochondria, a part of each cell that is responsible for creating energy. This enzyme has the ability to take oxygen and glucose (food) from the bloodstream, then convert it into water and carbon dioxide, while charging up the energy in a special molecule called ATP (adenosine triphosphate).
This energy rich ATP molecule then moves through the body and gives up its energy to any metabolic process that needs it. It then goes back into the mitochondria to get charged up again. Virtually everything that happens in the body is powered by this one process, including growing, metabolizing, digesting, healing, balancing, fighting off pathogens, surviving, walking, thinking, taking action to fulfill our dreams.
The mineral this important enzyme uses is COPPER, the same material that forms the wires in the laptop.
Also, Copper-based enzymes do much more. There are over 300 different types of copper-based enzymes that conduct more than 98% of the metabolic activities of the body.
Copper-based enzymes regulate the function of magnesium, perhaps the second most important mineral in the body. Copper-based enzymes manage the creation of red blood cells, which make up 84% of all human tissue (!)
Copper-based enzymes are the only thing that can manage the mineral iron in the body. Left uncontrolled, too much iron in the body is the main reason for oxidative stress, a driver of many of the worst disease conditions the body can have like heart disease, arthritis and diabetes, and could be considered the primary cause of aging.
So one can say that "Copper runs the metabolism of the body".

Will the body live or die?
When the copper in the laptop goes bad, there's not much we can do about it. The laptop glitches, acts weird, gets sick and eventually dies.
What about our body? Does it have enough copper? Is it the good "bioavailable" type of copper it needs, meaning in a form that can be used by the body to create the copper-based enzymes?
The fact is, almost everyone's body in the world is very deficient in bioavailable copper.
Why? There are a number of reasons. First, there is almost no copper available in food today, as our soil has been stripped of copper and the production of highly-processed foods strips out what's left.
For the copper you can get, there are dozens of factors that can block the absorption of copper or block its transformation into the bioavailable form the body needs to create the copper-based enzymes. These factors include sugar and high fructose corn syrup, herbicides like glyphosate (the weedkiller in RoundUp®), vitamin C as ascorbic acid, flouride found in water and in toothpaste, high-carb processed foods, and many more.
The result? Just like the dying laptop, the body's metabolism can become broken at the most fundamental level, down to the level of its critical energy production, so much so that one could say that:
